Payment and Payment Security

In BriefOrders can be paid by standard bank transfer or online through the GoPay payment gateway. Electronic content is usually made available only after the payment has been received.
Bank TransferStandard advance payment to the bank account according to the details shown in the order or advance payment document.
GoPayOnline payment through the GoPay payment gateway according to the currently available payment methods.

1. Bank Transfer

When paying by bank transfer, the customer pays the order in advance to the bank account stated in the order, order confirmation or issued document. To match the payment correctly, the variable symbol must be stated if it is included in the order.

The order is considered paid when the full amount is credited to the seller's account. A digital product, license or service may be made available only after the payment has been received.

2. Payment via GoPay

GoPay is a payment gateway that enables secure online payment processing. After selecting this method, the customer is redirected to the payment gateway environment, where the payment is completed according to the selected payment method.

The availability of specific payment methods in GoPay may vary depending on the gateway settings, currency, customer's country, bank or technical conditions of the payment gateway.

3. Payment Security

  • Sensitive payment details are entered in the secure environment of the payment gateway or bank.
  • PrestaModuleShop does not store payment card numbers or card security codes.
  • Information about the payment result is received only to the extent necessary to process the order and keep accounting records.
  • If a payment fails or is interrupted, the order can be paid again or another available payment method can be selected.

4. Documents and Currency

After the order is paid, an electronic document is issued to the customer. The supplier is not a VAT payer unless stated otherwise in the order or document.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the e-shop. For a bank transfer or payment through a payment gateway, the customer's bank may charge its own fees or apply its own exchange rate.

5. Payment Problems

If the payment is not completed, the order is not matched, or the electronic content is not available after payment, contact us at info@prestamoduleshop.com. Include the order number, payment method used and, if available, confirmation of the completed payment.
