2. What Data We Process

3. Why We Process Data
- processing the order and delivering digital content, a license or a service,
- maintaining the customer account and order history,
- issuing documents, accounting and fulfilling tax obligations,
- technical support, complaints, service interventions and communication with the customer,
- protection of legal claims, website security and prevention of misuse,
- marketing communication only to the extent permitted by legal regulations or based on consent.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
We process personal data mainly for the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest in operating and securing the e-shop, protection of legal claims and customer support. Where necessary, we process data based on consent.
5. Recipients and Processors
Personal data may be made available only to the necessary extent to persons and services involved in operating the e-shop and fulfilling the order.
- hosting and technical infrastructure provider,
- GoPay payment gateway and banks involved in the payment,
- accounting, tax or legal advisers where necessary,
- providers of e-mail, security, analytical or marketing tools according to the website settings and consent,
- public authorities where required by legal regulation.
6. Retention Period
We retain data for the period necessary for the relevant purpose. Data relating to orders, invoicing and accounting is retained for the period set by legal regulations. Data necessary for support, complaints and protection of legal claims is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for a reasonable period according to statutory limitation periods.
Data processed based on consent is retained until the consent is withdrawn or for the period stated when consent was granted.
7. Access Credentials and Service Interventions
If the customer provides access credentials to the e-shop administration, hosting, FTP, database or another service, we use them only to provide the agreed support, installation, modification or service intervention.
After the intervention is completed, the customer should change or invalidate the access credentials if they are no longer needed. We recommend making a current backup of files and the database before every intervention.

Under the GDPR, you have in particular the right to information, access to personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
