Delivery of Digital Content

In BriefModules, scripts and other digital products are delivered electronically, most often by a download link, by access in the customer account or by e-mail.
1. OrderYou select the product and submit the order in the e-shop.
2. PaymentYou pay the order by bank transfer or through GoPay.
3. DeliveryAfter payment is received, the product is made available electronically.

1. Method of Delivery

Digital content is delivered electronically, especially by one of the following methods:

  • a download link sent to the e-mail address stated in the order,
  • making the product available in the customer account,
  • sending the file or additional information by e-mail,
  • individual handover according to agreement for a custom service.

2. When the Product Is Available

For products paid online through GoPay, access may be granted automatically after successful payment confirmation. For bank transfers, the product is usually made available after the payment is credited to the account and matched with the order.

For custom modifications, installations or services, the delivery date depends on the agreement, technical complexity and cooperation of the customer.

3. File Format

Modules and scripts are usually delivered as a ZIP file or another commonly usable format according to the nature of the product. The product may include documentation, installation instructions or additional information.

After downloading, we recommend saving your own backup of the delivered file. A download link may be limited in time or technically limited.

4. Installation and Technical Requirements

Installation of the product is not automatically included in the price unless it is expressly stated for the product or agreed separately. Before installation, we always recommend making a current backup of the e-shop files and database.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the e-shop meets the technical requirements of the product, especially the supported version of PrestaShop, PHP, database, theme and any other modules.

5. License and Domain

Unless stated otherwise, one license is intended for one production e-shop, domain or subdomain. A test or development environment may be used for the same project under the conditions stated in the license terms.

6. What to Do in Case of a Delivery Problem

If the e-mail with the link has not arrived, first check the spam or bulk mail folder. If the product is still not available, contact us at info@prestamoduleshop.com.

Include the order number, the e-mail address used for the order, the payment method and a brief description of the problem. This will speed up locating the payment and making the product available.
